Today you may walk around feeling like your head is floating at the end of a string, like a balloon just barely attached to the rest of you.
Air is the element of the brain, of thinking. Today we have a Grand Trine — three planets forming an equilateral triangle — all in Air signs. Jupiter is in Libra, Mercury in Gemini (a sign which it rules, so doubly potent), and the Moon is in Aquarius.
A Grand Trine is super stable, but it’s also a configuration that resists moving. (Think of a car with triangular wheels. How fast is that going to roll?) When the Grand Trine is in Air signs, you are likely to spend the day stuck in your head, nose down in writing or coding, forgetting to get up to move around or eat.
Fortunately, there are a couple of occurrences that will limit this tendency before you end up a skeleton in your desk chair.
Secondly, Mercury is squaring Neptune. When any of the planets in a Grand Trine are square (90 degrees) or opposing another planet, it puts a “push” energy on that stable triangle like a handle. Move! Get up and get your head out of the clouds!
For today, be cautious about foggy or wishful (Neptune) thinking (Mercury). Go outside if you can. Touch the earth or walk among the trees. Get some Earth energy to ground you and pull that balloon-head out of the clouds and back into your body. Tomorrow will feel better.
Where does the Grand Trine touch your chart?
If you have planets or significant points in your birth chart at 13° Libra (Jupiter), 13° Gemini (Mercury), or 13° Aquarius, you’re really going to feel it today. Hit me up if you need some personal guidance!
I like your layman style of explaining astrology with awesome charts and words I can comprehend. And yes, my head has been in the clouds yesterday and this morning. A walk in the beach I think…
